How to activate the warranty extension?
Follow these steps to register your Shure products.
Warranty service will not be valid if the product is not registered or customers fail to present all required documents.
Register your product on the Shure Asia website within the 1 year standard warranty period. Click here to register.
A confirmation email regarding the 6-month warranty extension will be sent to your registered email address.
If your earphones are found to be defective, please bring the documents listed below to the local Authorized Service Center for support.
Registered products are entitled to extended warranty service for 1 year and 6 months from the date of purchase.
To obtain extended warranty service, kindly bring items below to an Authorized Service Center:
- A print-out of the 6-month warranty extension confirmation e-mail;
- Proof of purchase (receipt issued by a Shure Authorized Dealer / Premium Authorized Dealer); and
- The defective product.
For customers who have purchased the eligible products and registered during the period of 10 Apr 2016 – 9 Apr 2017, please check your mailbox for a confirmation email from Shure Asia Limited regarding the 6-month warranty extension.
